This is what I have sent and called about every month since August. No resolution. They ignore every request to resolve.

Despite many emails and phone calls, I have now been charged for August, September, October, November, December and January. This amounts to six months worth of fees -- $194.94. You can see all the emails I have sent. I have given up on resolving this amicable and have filed a complaint with my credit card company and with the Better Business Bureau as well as scambook.com.
PLEASE, PLEASE STOP CHARGING ME. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.
