In 2009 I contacted NCSA to help with recruiting myself for softball. They were a far stretch from what they describe themselves as. They told me I wouldn't have to pay anything up front and I had to complete a series of things to get started. After some time I decided not to use their services in 2009 as well. Years later in 2013 I decided to buy a car and was told that NCSA charged me $675 and sent me to collections for that amount. I called the collection agency and was told that I used a credit card to set the account up. BUT.......that was impossible because at the time I had no credit card nor bank account and I never signed any paperwork authorizing such charges. These people are ripoff DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!
