Purchased a plan on the promise of the best prices on vacations in 4 star or higher accommodations . Had to submit request for price on a cruise, got my email confirmation on 12/06/13 that request had been received and price would follow. Today is 1/23/14 and still no response. Requested airfare price for trip to Las Vegas and was sent a price higher than I had already found on the internet AND had me coming home the morning after I was supposed to be home. Wanted to book a trip to snow ski. Was going to use the much bragged about Hot Weeks. Looked up accommodations offered on line and reviews were terrible. Pictures of damages in the condo, etc.... Certainly not 5 star! Have made phone calls, asked for supervisor, left messages, called the sales person, and still no return phone call! Don't fall for it! Waste of money. So disappointed .
