They use an obscurated card-details+application form, it does its best to hide the fact they charge a fee to your card.

Funds CAN be recovered under distance selling regulations, unfair contract terms, contract law, Fraud act, Consumer credit act..... so on+soforth.

The £5 "administration fee" is also unclaimable by them as you did not need, want or ask for "the service", therefore they can not charge you for "admnistering it";

If it takes over 30 days for them to refund you you also are entitled to Statutory Interest of £40. You you effectively double your money.

No administration fee should be kept by them.

(Theylike to scare you on the phone by saying "Fraudulenlty" describing your actions... Please, feel free to describe your money as obtained by deception, defrauded and stolen).

Srart the call: "Hello, I am phoning you in regard to your breaking of THE LAW in the deceptive obtainment, Defraudment and ultimate theft of my MONEY from my Bank account...." (U can actually Hear the bricks drop ;)
