I never ever dealt with this firm, and I was charged $319.85, for something I never authorized. There are multitude of companies that say they are "agents" of McAfee but they are not. When looking for virus removal applications, go to the authentic McAfee site, and look at the email address to make sure it is only McAfee, not any other company. I was taken in the same way as many others, However, I think these companies who claim they are authorized "agents" of McAfee and others, they may or may not. I got caught again when my computer (desktop) keyboard was stuck, by a virus, and I checked with McAfee, Microsoft, and Telus (phone company) but the problem was with the virus, which could not be fixed by the above. I went online thinking I was going to an aughorized offical site of H/P but was directed to another site called Iyogee. ... The bottom line is .. forget going to the "agents" of McAfee or other virus removal companies and/or makers of the computer you are using. Go to the DIRECT MAKER OF THE VIRUS REMOVAL DISC OR COMPUTER. Do not get taken in by these scammers.
