They continued taking money out of my account several months after I stopped using their services. In fact I have witnessed others who said the same
To refund the month of September 2012 as promised by first customer service rep, plus June, July and August 2012 for services not used at this time. Records indicate the last time I used their services was may 10th 2012. ChristianMingle is vague in finding on their site a little box to uncheck so that services are not renewed. When you initially sign up you are AUTOMATICALLY renewed and their companies, including ChristainMingle or Christian Mingle continue to take funds from your account. This is a BIG MONEY MAKING business ad they overcharge many people with their VAGUE RENEWAL feature.
