Just got an email reply from companyregister, the company directed by Serene Koh Guat Kuan and solvakian company. Hope this help whoever is doing investigations.

Your company has accepted the terms and the considered costs for the services, which you have accepted. Once your company has agreed to the terms and conditions (which is not to be mistaken to the terms of use, general public / visitors are obliged under), you would have noted that you have to pay the annual fee of S$490.00 inclusive of 7% GST under Clause 4 Purchase of Credits, payment and annual fee which states that upon your registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions, the first annual fee shall be due and the Service Provider shall send the bill for the first annual fee to the Partner as per Clause 2 (any business entity who makes use of the services provided by Service Provider on the basis of the Contract Terms and Conditions).

It is indicated on the invoice, when you have subscribed to our web portal services, you would have known the fees payable as per our invoice. You shall be bound to settle the payment within 8 days from invoice date.

THE ONLY THING I HAD DONE WAS GO TO YOUR WEBSITE AND CONTACTED YOU THROUGH YOUR CONTACT US SYSTEM. I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU IF I HAD NOT ALSO ENTERED MY COMPANY'S REGISTRATION NUMBER AND EMAIL. THAT IS IN NO WAY INDICATING MY ACCEPTANCE OR AGREEMENT TO ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I HAVE NEITHER MADE USE OR UNDERSTOOD WHAT USE YOUR COMPANY DOES.
