I contracted with James Padua of Century Home Care Services for Home care for my father. I cancelled after 2 days because my father refused to have someone in the house. I told them to take out what I owed (the 2 days are plus the 3 days required for 3 day notice termination) out of the very large deposit I paid $4,320 and send me the balance as per their contract. After a few emails back & forth they broke off communications and we have not heard from them since. I just want my father's money back!
