Urgent Tech Help a.k.a. UTH

Very much like all other complaints, they UTH (Mavin Infotech Pvt Ldt located in Hyderobad India) called me to inform me that they are the representatives of Microsoft and call to inform that my computer is about to crash, unless they can repair it. They did - as it seem, some marvelous work and got my computer to run faster and smotthe again, installed CCleaner and Malwarebytes software on my computer and informed me that the repairs and support (24x7) services for one year will cost € 133,68
Money that I cannot really afford, as I am unemployed right now. Yesterday I picked up another virus and tried to contact the 24x7 Support hotline, which does not work plus the following.
Following is a line from the Mavin Infotech Pvt Ltd Website:-

Providing technical solution is our area of expertise so we have good combination of domain knowledge and experience. For level 1 technical support our customers can leverage benefit of our existing infrastructure and our technical and Information Technology expertise. Our technical helpdesk provides completely customized after-hours support, selected-hours or 24x7 support."
I have tried to contact the IT support via their "Calling Card" Logmein services for two days, without success.
The telephone number 0044 302 026 2091 was given to me as 24x7 support number. I have been calling this number for 2 days without success.
I looked up the direct number for Mavin Infotech Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, which is copied from their website:-

Should I mention - no one is answering the phone, no message to say that the lines are busy, or that I am calling outside of their business hours.
By the way, UTH as the support desk of Mavin Infotech Pvt Ltd seem to be called has downloaded and installed Malwarebytes anti malware software on my computer. When I run a check, it no longer finds any infected files. I also made sure that the software was updated to the most up-to-date version. In my frustration, I have downloaded software from SpyHunter, which finds 190 infected files on my computer.

I am very disappointed and cannot recommend UTH!
I suppose this money is lost for always.
