Hey to order the RV TL cream and the equinox cream on a trial basis. I was charge the full amount within a few days of the purchase. Since then they have sent me two more jars of the RV TL cream only weeks apart. Charging me $99.95 for each shipment. I also received another supply of the equinox which makes two shipments at $100. Each of the packages never have any information in them as to who to contact. I had to use the phone number and the address on the box to try to figure out who to contact. Only by putting the phone number into the Internet I discovered that that phone number goes to several named businesses at the same location. I sent emails on their site. Only to never have a reply. I have also tried to call them but the way has been way too long. They make it virtually impossible to try to cancel. And is other people who have complained about this said I did not authorize monthly shipments of this product andy's high prices to my credit card. I have a day off during the weekday and will do my best to try to contact them by phone again. This is a rip off. Karen N.
