I ordered the $5 trial, and then my card was charged $149.83 15 days later for the "loyalty program". I have called to cancel and demand my money back. I spoke to a customer service rep who said she would cancel it for me, but I now have 2 charges on my account for that same amount and I am FURIOUS. Calling again tomorrow to speak to someone. I have also not received the product.
