Before I prepaid for exclusive leads, I thoroughly discussed with the rep at Networx what exactly constituted a valid lead. We agree that their operational mode matched my parameters of what a valid lead is. Right away the bogus leads started coming in when people called to tell me they: decided to call their insurance adjuster and didn't want me to come out; wanted to know if their was a charge and not even wanting service; were only making an inquiry and stating they did not want anyone to come out; wanted to know if the service man that was at their house at that very moment couldn't fix the problem if I could. One customer rep agreed that these 4 leads were invalid, stated that if they gave leads like this to every contractor they would go out of business, and would get them credited. They refused to credit the leads even without verifying that all the leads got any service at a later point. What a fraud.
