Finally received my order of 2 NEW 1DS MARK III cameras only to have 1 not working, ERROR 99 and both cameras were USED. I've been calling 4-5 times a day looking for a supervisor to request an RMA and no one is calling back. I'm getting the run around and have never been this frustrated in my life!!!
