Beware of deceitful practices online retailer such as Niwali. Last month I ordered a sample of their Test-O-Boost the 14 days bottle was portrayed as free of charge, I only had to pay shipping to my address in Canada. So I ordered and I was never made aware of other subsequent charges, nor I was clearly advised there was any commitments to purchase anything. I consider myself to be an educated consumer and versed on the legal and standard commercial terms used for trade, as financial advisor this took me by surprise. I received the package and did not open it until this morning when I noticed a charge for 69 dollars from them. So I looked into the box and there was a letter from some cheese ball calling himself Adam Thunder claiming to be the Chief "Alpha Male". The letter among other things offer to send me an additional 30 day supply for free of the same pills. There was no reference on the package to any charges to be made for the first bottle. I called them and they initially claimed the charges were clearly stated and part of the service agreement, but that is not true and if they had no intention to deceit the consumer they would clearly outline these terms in bold letters and provide you a copy of the agreement terms with the charges and other fees. I demanded to speak to a supervisor who was very professional, he agreed to refund the charges but did not accept any wrong doing on their deceitful marketing and fraudulent charges. I believe their practices constitute fraud and someone should shut them down for good. I spoke to my Bank in Canada and notified them of the scam this guys are running.
