this is my 2nd complaint against this company, they are already meant to be giving me a refund. which I am still waiting for, but yet they have left me overdrawn in my bank as they took another 38.96 gbp out of my account without my approval. if i do not receive a full refund, i will be seeking them out to give me money for my bank charges as they have no right to keep taking funds from my account
