Bidou says "Our 100% Money Back Guarantee will provide you a total refund if you claim it by contacting our Customer Service. Bidoubids will quickly refund the fees as long as you have not used any of your bids or any of the listed membership benefits"

But! Interestingly,they don't.. They are full of li*rs and cro*ks (You know what I mean). I have never accessed their website since $3 transaction.

This is my story:

I paid $3 for I-pot shuffle and next day they took $49.99. This became the worst decision I ever made in my life. And they took $49.99 for four consecutive months. I lost $203 for getting nothing and this company steals $203 doing nothing. What a business right? I contact them maybe 10 times to get refund. You know what is good about them? They response within 3 days which is quite fast. Anyways, they only refunded $49.99 and said that they will not be able to refund the rest of it because it is their policy..... POLICY? What is the policy they wrote up there then?

Oh well, I gave up receiving the money so I requested for the shuffle. What happen to my shuffle? I don't know, it never delivered to my place. What they said about it? They said I should have filled a document and send it to there company. A new policy is instantly made.

Their statements, their advertisements were untruth and just used as bait and I was a miserable fish.

I gave up $150. But from today to the rest of my life, I will bring my best effort to save miserable fish away from the bait. I will recover $150 myself protecting naive people. Whoever sees my issue, we need to collaborate altogether.
