Don't order from this company; in fact, run in the other direction as fast as you can. On 1/25 I ordered the Panasonic Lumix TS5. Received confirmation. Next I received an email saying that I needed to call to confirm order. I called and they asked if I wanted to order a battery and charger as they do not come with the camera. WHAT? Look at their website. It says the battery and charger are in the "kit". I canceled the order. Today I called the company, not identifying myself, and asked about that camera; i.e, does it include battery and charger. I was told that it does not. I told him that it says on their web site that it DOES include the battery and charger. He said if it says that it does, it does -- AND HUNG UP! I called back and spoke with another sales person, telling him that I had a question about a camera that I wanted to order and that the previous sales person hung up on me. When I asked about the Panasonic Lumix TS5, he said they are no longer in stock!!! I chuckled and said, "You guys are full of crap". He hung up. Within a few moments I received a call on my cell phone that I did not answer. Voicemail: "You are full of shit". REALLY -- this actually happened! RUN!!!
