I found out in January, 2014, that my 5 1/2 yr old Hyundai Elantra was hopelessly damaged by burnt on sludge, stemming from bad oil being used in the oil changes. I have been going to this Quick Lube for at least four years. I went to their place of business and asked them about their responsibility in my ruined car. No satisfaction....the manager offered to "clean" my engine for $54.99. He told me that is what happens with old cars.
Both Gemma's (our wonderful local station) and the Hyundai dealership I use in Hicksville said that was nonsense. I will be pursueing this.
