I came across this website perfectvoucher.com and wanted to buy a voucher, I tried to pay online but the credit card option wasn't working. They then had a pop up chat now section and I asked how I should pay as there was a problem. He assured me that it was a problem they were working on and that in the meantime I could pay via Paypal. He sent me an email address to pay to: [email protected] and he said that I should send the payment as a "gift payment" so they wouldn't incur charges. I did this and received my receipt from paypal, which he told me to email to them so they could then confirm the payment and send the voucher. I received one reply saying that my voucher email would arrive within 24 hours. I didn't receive it so I emailed them again and received no reply. Since then I have emailed them more than 10 times and tried to call them, I never receive any answer and I cannot claim from paypal as they told me to send it as a "gift". I can't believe this website is still open unyet no-one can reply to me. Please investigate for me. Thank you.
