I ordered the trial offer for $4.95 for my wife through an online survey. (Which was supported by ODJFS by the way.) I called the 1-855-260-8634 number and spoke with an Indian woman named Jennifer, who could barely speak English. (Everyone I have spoken with was Indian.) She told me that I had to return the empty bottles by January 11th in order not to be charged $93.95. I returned them on the 8th. I even kept proof of postage. When I called them, they asked me for the tracking number. I did not get a tracking number. So of course, the company said that they had not received the package yet, (mind you it has been 20 days now.) I was told by Nick (also Indian,)to wait a few more days and see if they get it. I'm very frustrated with this dishonesty and Un-American behavior. And people wonder why we don't want certain ethnic groups in the United States. I only want my money back, I don't wish to pursue them and make them pay for what they have done. I will give it a few days and then I might be taking a trip to Florida and hanging out beside a P.O. Box 10841. God Bless you thieves.
