Just like all of the other complaints they withdrew $87.00 from other checking account which made our account go overdrawn, therefore, $35.00 was assessed to our account as well. Try calling them and they said I needed to file a refund form along with a copy of my bank statement and it could take up to 30 days. I do not want to give them a copy of my bank statement nor do I feel I should have to wait thirty days. I am totally disabled and an $87.00 charge is a lot of money to me. This needs to stop.................

thank you for the offer for premium support but as of now my checking account is -57.65 maybe next week when my ss check is deposited i can sign-up until then any help would be appreciated , thanks
