My case is similar to those discussed by other users.
By www.alibaba.com contact with Alan Tan of Shanghai Real Carts Trade CO, the company has good prices and according to order some products for 524 USD. We agreed on a payment method.
Once the money was transferred (around the 24th of January), Alan Tan got back in touch with me claiming that the company rule is that the order minimum was 1000 USD and that I will have to order more products.
