I cancelled my ESTA application with this company before the money had left my credit card, they continued with the transaction. They say they will refund but I must give them my bank details !!
They are no longer responding to my email.
I am unsure if this company is legit, as they have taken a lot of my personal information..
I just want my refund via the original payment method.
