I looked up a known sex offender with a record and no information on the criminal record came up. I tried another person and his information was a simple traffic violation when I know he was booked into Yuba City. When I asked for my money back (after a supervisor got involved) they agreed to 50% and they cancelled the reoccurring monthly fee. This place is a rip off. Their extensive information is not a reality. Don't use this service - no what they advertise.
