Well first of all I wanna call this abuse to all employees!
The state of GA has declared a state of emergency do to snow storm weather conditions, yet managers have nerves to send emails advising their employees to report to work!!!
Not to mention none of them did, the only people working would be the ones that got stranded at work bc they couldn't make it home do to the weather! And poor reps working from home taking the slap of loaded volume of calls today! Screw you kool smiles! You have no heart for your employees and that's the reason for the huge turn around of employees in your company!
