I purchased 10 small USB storage which were advertised as holding 256 GB of data but they turned up to be fake and could not hold more than 10 GB. I contacted the seller through their message center and reported the problem and asked for refund. they asked me to send the items back. I sent them back to China through regular mail because the cost for registered mail would be about the same value as the product itself. I reported the issue to madeinchina.com customer service which they emailed me back saying:

"As you have submitted the dispute to MadeInChina, an impartial solution will be given by MadeInChina under arbitration. Please wait with your kind patience. If you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact with us.

Kind Regards

MadeInChina.com Customer Service Team"

This was on Feb 21/2013. All my attempts to contact the seller and customer service failed and now they have even deleted my account!

I know it is not possible to get anything back from these scammers now but I like to let everyone know that buying online from any of Chinese outlets carries a great risk of being scammed by these so called Chinese companies and there is no way of getting anything back from them.
