Received 2 bottles and followed up by further unauthoised charge of US dollars 159.00 on our credit card on 12/23/2013.
Please help us get our money back and crack down on these scammers!.

I made a complaint to you and you then suggested I buy some sort of cover with which I would be more likely to get my money back. There would be a monthly fee $9+usd. Well as this is a one off occurance it appears to me that this cover is just another scam to get my credit card details. I will not be caught twice. So either you help me as promised or I will report you as just another scam merchant. Susan
