I went to take money out the bank to pay my rent for the month, but almost £40 had been taken out. No where on their website did they make it obvious they were going to make you pay for their services, I was just going to see how I would go about getting a loan, and they made me pay for something I didn't actually want.
I emailed them, but I have not received a reply yet, and I need my money back so I don't get kicked out of my house!
