RVTL Anti Aging Cream sent in December and january and money taken from bank account after having received 'free trial' pop up. Wrote to company at address on packaging (no customer service contact details enclosed)to complain and ask for refund; heard nothing and then money taken out of my bank account again in January and cream received 30.01.14.
Have asked bank to stop further payments.
