In November 2013, I got a call from one of Roozgaar executives, Mr. Rajeev (Ph: 9555210052) and he promised me assistance in seeking job placements in reputed MNCs in companies like Cipla, Ranbaxy if I paid Rs. 1,685.40 for the services( order # R135086C2) on 27th November 2013.
However, he made me to do series of credit card (Citi Bank) transactions, by saying that only Rs.1685.40 will be debited from your account and remaining amount we will take from your first month salary. But I was shocked by seeing the messages in my mobile that Rs. 37,129.40 was debited from my credit card account. By this i came to know that they cheated me, so i asked them to cancel my order and refund the entire money I paid to them. After a series of discussions, they informed me that they would transfer Rs.22,132.70 to me immediately and remaining Rs.15,000 after 21days. However, they are insisting that they want my bank account to have a minimum of Rs.22,000 balance. I fail to understand any logical reason behind this condition of Roozgaar people. Till now they didn’t refunded anything to me. please help me to get my money back.
