I ordered Pure Garcinia Cambogia online using my smartphone at www.getmygarcinia.com. I was not given an opportunity to read the "terms/conditions". Perhaps there was fine print somewhere but my phone wouldn't allow me to see it. They charged my bank account $4.95 for the 14-day trial. I expected that, and I expected to receive the product within a few days. Exactly 15 days later (after having not even received the product yet) they pulled another $98.99 out of my account!!! I called and got the run-around. I kept saying "how can I try the product if I don't even HAVE it yet? I persisted and eventually I talked to someone who--VERY RUDELY AND RELUCTANTLY--agreed to honor a 100% refund. All I had to do was ship the product back as soon as I received it. She gave me the address and an RMA# to reference. She said I would see the credit on my account within 24-48 hours of them receiving the product back.
I sent it back using USPS First-Class with a tracking number (for my safety). After I went online to make sure they had actually received the product, I waited the 24-48 hours, still didn't see the credit, so I tried to call the company. Guess what... the number had been disconnected. I went back to my original "thank you for your order" email and got that number, tried to call...and guess what...that number had been disconnected, too.
I have no idea what to do next. This company is a total SCAM!!!!!
Do NOT order from getmygarcinia.com. They are LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS.
