Complaint – Trade between Israel to France.

1. On December 05th 2013 our company ordered from Globaltek Komponents Limited electronics components, part number A1020B.
The total amount is 4,045$.
2. Our contact person, Mr. Luis Wellen, confirmed the order and on Dec. 06th 2013 sent us Performa invoice # GKLLT06122013-013704.
3. Payment was deposited to theirs bank account on Dec. 08th 2013.
4. On Dec. 17, 2013 Mr. Luis Wellen sent us an e-mail and informed us that his company cannot supply those parts since their laboratory tested it and found it not functioning properly.
5. Mr. Luis Wellen informing us that his supplier was paid fully for this order, and therefore he is not able to refund our payment, However, Mr. Luis and his account manager confirmed a credit note.
6. We asked Mr. Luis several times, directly or through our lawyer, to refund us. Mr. Luis refused, claiming that it is impossible because we are Jews.
"Please face up to the fact that Israelis is Jew, Jew is the most cattish people in the world. Every person know this fact."


Since the last week of Dec. 2013 MR. Luis Wellen keeps silence, does not answer our mail, phone calls, Skype etc.).

In this case, Globaltec checked the parts. We did not get them at all.

I am asking your help to resolve the issue and have a refund.

In order to maintain our reputation, we have purchased these parts from another supplier and keep our commitments to our customers.

We will appreciate your support on resolving this matter and get a refund.
