I ordered a pair of ugg boots from kikitrade, i never recieved my boots kept emailing them was told i would get a refund within 15 days if i did not recieve them by christmas but i never recieved my boots or my money.Now i tried to log in on mail pay to file complaint and the username and password they gave me dosen't work.
