My son purchase over the internet,(he is 12 years old), against our wishes, an iphone..he is heart broken..we let him go ahead with the purchase to help me realize you can"t trust everyone on the internet with your money..now he understands. each day my husband and i call all we get is music for about 15 minutes, then a voice, "sorry the person you are trying to reach is on the phone".no matter when you call this is the message..all i want is my son's money returned can anyone help me !!!!
