International boundaries
The company MovingCongierce.biz sent a brief e-mail and changed my address to a P.O. Box 111051 Memphis TN 38111 - but holds the mail and opens information. They are not affiliated with USPS (most likely not) and can change your address with all companies. I found out they changed my address even at my payroll and job, and 5 credit card companies and creditors. They also seem to have access to more identity information, due to the mail they are holding.
