I had agreed to an online survey and at the end of the survey I was promised a gift. I had a choice and chose a bottle of weight loss pills. The agreement was that I paid the shipping and handling for 2.95. I received emails confirming this however it was 2 emails confirming this and then 2 charges for 2.95 showed up on my credit card. I was suspicious but thought I made a mistake and was getting 2 bottles. I was told they would arrive by January 27, 2014 and they have yet to arrive. I went back to check the dates of the credit card charges and the charges for $2.95 had changed to $178.81 and $1.12 however these funds are in Canadian denomonations. The purchases were made on January 19th. I have not been in contact with the company or my credit card company but the credit card company is my first step.
