FindtheBest.com has published false information about me. They identify me as being a company. However, I am not a company, not an entrepreneur, and do not own a firm. I have repeatedly tried to edit out the false information. However, the account that they set up does not work. Any attempt to edit out the false information merely results in an Error on Page statement. Further, I cannot log in using my account. In other words, they have defamed me, but their system is configured to prevent removal of the false information.

We are so sorry to hear that you had trouble with our editing system. It is possible that you ran into a system bug that we had not been made aware of yet. We will be further investigating the issue to make sure that does not happen in the future. We do make listings on our website editable by user who have created a free account. Those edits do go through an approval system before becoming live so that we can catch bad or incorrect data.
We have removed your listing from our website FindTheCompany. Because your request came in during our non business hours we were unable to process the request till this morning. It will take some for the name to disappear from Google search results as their algorithm updates. Unfortunately we do not have control over that aspect. If you need the information to disappear faster from the search results, please contact Google directly (http://www.google.com/policies/faq/).
We also highly recommend that you update the information with our third party source Dun and Bradstreet. They provide us with most of the information on FindTheCompany. Updates and corrections to D&B's information can be submitted online at https://iupdate.dnb.com or over the phone at 800-765-3867.
