This company is a rip off and if you don't pay attention to your bill they will rob you blind. They tell you that with PSE&G you are paying too much that if you switch to them they guarantee lower rates all year round! LIES all LIES! I was with this company for 5 months before I realized that they were slowly increasing the rates until this last month that I finally decided to cancel! The first 2 months they met PSE&G s rates after that it was .03 KWh more and then escalated to .13 KWh more which doubled my last month's bill! Doubled! I have two kids and I lost my job a couple of months ago and to top it off this company is stealing from me the little money I have! I called PSE&G to switch back with them but unfortunately that won't be current until the middle of February, frankly I am terrified to see my upcoming and last bill from Palmco.
This company needs be held responsible, I can only imagine how many people have been going through this, just because they are trying to save money. It's a shame, Palmco do not come knocking at my door! Ever again!
