I am trying to apply for a Working Holiday Canadian Visa for myself and two others. Once we discovered IXP was not doing what we thought they were, we asked for our money back as politely as possible. They then responded with an e-mail listing all the reasons why we should continue ahead with their company, I again politely rejected, telling them I just wanted a refund.
I have e-mailed them numerous times in the past 2 weeks and heard nothing, the phone numbers I have for them conveniently do not work. This company is a disgrace and I am currently seeking legal action
Hope that I, as well as everyone else, gets their money back!!
