we are complaining fraud trxs at Entropay from our credit cards. Entropay did not take actions against fraudster for doing fund transfer from our customer credit card to their virtual card and get easily funds. Entropay is now involving with Money laundering bcz they allow the fraudster to do so. Entropay did not take any serious actions to stop the fraud. Entropay just simply said that all the funds are given to fraudster and cannot do anything.
