Sale agent posed as Holiday Inn Hotel sales representative and booked hotel under my name. 1 room was booked with the website however, upon arival at the hotel, my reservation was booked under expedia and 2 hotel rooms were booked under my name. Sensing something wrong, I called the company back to cancel both hotel rooms. I recieved a cancellation email under the company name "travel now" (instead of reservation-desk) as well as a refund reciept with company name "travelscape". What is more peculiar is the rep who gave me the refund had an email "[email protected]" also belonging to a different company.

Later on in the evening, the holiday inn guest service staff called and said that my cancellation was unsuccessfull and that I should call back to the company that booked for me in case they double charged. Again, I called and the lady refused to provide me with a confirmation email that the hotel room has been cancelled. Total Scam!
