Ordered a Nikon D800 DSLR. Received a mail saying it was held up at customs and a further 80 odd dollars was required to release product. Was then informed that customs had dropped the product and that a replacement was being sourced and would be forwarded. The camera has not turned up. Don't bother with the phone number or email contacts there is no answer.
