Princept Trading is a scam. MGS Trading is a scam. It is just arbitrage trading which does not work as they advertise.
They use fake websites to try to convince you that they are legitimate - all of the websites set up reveiwing them are also fake.
They have done this with at least 6 companies and have scammed millions of dollars.
they are liars, thieves, criminals and con men.
Do not deal with them.
