I just got off the phone with Sheridan Labs. I thought I was ordering Equinox samples for just the shipping and handling. On 2/3/2014 I received an additional charge of $93.00 for the purchase of these items. This was not understood when I ordered these.
I am very dissapointed with Equinox and Sheridan Labs for not making these charges more visible. They were not up front with them and from seeing all the complaints that were written before mine, I can see that I was not the only one who was fooled.
Shame on me for ever ordering this in the first place. Who would have thought a company would 'doop' the public. Also, I am very disappointed with celebreties for being part of this scam.
