It has been resolved. I was getting VERY angry and sent another (after sending two) email via their customer service email site in ALL CAPS threatening to report to authorities (I went to Market Place CBC), posting scambooks information on FB, and on Twitter, and any other media sites if they didn't respond ASAP and I even left my own phone number. within SECONDS!! Literally, I received 3 emails from Clickbank one with a ticket number, the second immediately after advising of a refund in process and a third saying that my refund had been processed. (and to allow three to five days) I guess you have to get angry or they ignore you. I'll watch for my refund.
