Ordered this product online and many of us have done, realizing too late it was a scam. I have attempted 4 phone calls to their "customer service" number with no assistance. Eventually I got a rep and he wasn't willing to cancel my order when it was made 3 hours before because he said it had already been mailed. LIE! They went ahead and sent it to me and the date of the postage was 4 days after my order and call. Now I can't get a rep to talk to me about how I get a RMA # before I am charged more on my credit card. Please don't deal with this organization because they will rob you!
