I placed the order Nov 20th 2013. Apparently it has been out of stock since. I requested a refund and was refused many times. I was told they do not refund, its against their company policy. I was asked to choose another style or size. I dont want another item, after so long of trying to get a refund..i dont want anything from them again....See Email:
