A 2013 Mercedes Benz S550 was purchased from suspects Website and deal made over fone.
A deposit of 1000 $ was charged on the credit card and balance of 36,150 was wired into the suspects business account of ZIONS Bank UT. After a week supects so called customer rep, Ms. Nancy comes after many calls and says car was sold to someone else and money would be refunded.
Its been month main owner, Farid aka Santi who operates from CA says I am cluless and its receving bank who has problems and we have wired you money. Sends computer made word docs as bank wire transaction confirmations.
Does not answer calls. If I call from a different # out of state he says talk to Nancy.
How do I recover my money?
A police complaint has been filed with West Valley City Police.
