I start a Doctorate degree with Columbiana University based on credit awards and on my experience. As a senior engineer in high level technology and after 10 years of research I want to have all this work recognized. So I jump into this University who provides me the expected degree aligned with the country I am leaving. Off course this university promised attestation and certification from all the needed offices and embassy.
They called me but today I did not receive all the attested legalized and certified document. so can I use my degree, not sure. What can I do, I don't know. so if someone can help also welcome. But I recommend people before going there to look around twice.
