I ordered 6 dresses at the the 9th of December 2013. I was able to track my order and it was supposed to be delivered at the end of December. And indeed it was, however only 3 dresses were delivered and thus the other 3 were missing without explanation of why. After contacting customer support they told me that the items were out of stock and would be in stock the 10th of January. I asked them the 12th of January and they told me they were still out of stock and they would get them the 18th. I contacted them again 3 times after January the 23rd and they never replied to me again. I also tried to call but their European phone number doesn't exist and no one answers their US phone number.

- Hi this happen to me but I never received anything. Your the first I've heard that actually talk to somebody. If you could, please let me know how I can get a hold of them or maybe figure this out. Thanks

- Their phone number doesn't seem to work. It takes a while before they reply. Just keep sending them complains and they will probably reply after a while.
